Introducing The Wise Nest Family Playbook — Now in Beta
The Wise Nest Family Playbook is a 15-week home-based program that teaches children ages 6 through teen the leadership behaviors that drive success at work, in relationships, and in the world — starting at the dinner table.
Built for families — and the adults raising them
Most character development programs are designed for schools or institutions. The Wise Nest Family Playbook is the first structured leadership formation system built specifically for the home — where character is actually formed.
The Rule of 15 gives families 15 behaviors organized into three tiers: how we communicate in the moment, how we build and keep relationships, and how we grow and lift others. Each behavior is taught through daily lessons, practiced together, and carried forward into everyday life.
It isn't a parenting book. It isn't a curriculum. It's a system your family does together.
The most important leadership school in the world doesn't have a campus. It has a kitchen table.

The story behind the system
Phil Lower is a Certified Professional Coach who holds a Master's in Organizational Management and has coached and trained leaders from more than 30 countries — making the Rule of 15 one of the most cross-culturally tested leadership frameworks available. But the framework he teaches didn't come from a business school. It came from a man in eastern Ohio who raised a five-year-old boy with no father and left him with fifteen behaviors that shaped everything.
Phil lives in Eastern Pennsylvania. He is, above everything else, a father. That is where this began. That is why it continues.
